Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Site4Site Digital, we aim to provide professional and reliable services tailored to your needs. Since our work is project-based and often begins immediately after confirmation, we maintain the following refund and cancellation terms:
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. However, cancellation does not automatically guarantee a full refund.
- If no work has been started, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If work has already begun, any refund will be calculated based on:
- The value of services already delivered or partially completed.
- Any resources, time, or costs already allocated or incurred in preparation for the project.
We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time due to breach of terms, non-payment, or uncooperative behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already performed or resources already committed.
Refund Policy
Because our services are highly customized, we generally do not offer refunds for completed or delivered work.
- If payment (full or partial) has been made before the start of the project, and you decide to cancel, we may issue a partial refund after deducting the value of any preparatory work or allocated resources.
- No refund will be issued for completed services. However, our Service Warranty applies in such cases, ensuring quality and post-delivery support as described.
Prepayments and deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or planning and setup have begun.
Right of Withdrawal
According to applicable law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from its conclusion without giving any reason. If the customer requests the service to begin before the end of this period and the service is fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. In the case of partial fulfillment before withdrawal, the provider is entitled to a proportional payment for the services already provided. If no services have been provided, any advance payment will be refunded in full.
Payment methods and payment processing
Payments are made in the currency specified in the invoice by bank transfer to our bank accounts in the Czech Republic.
We also accept quick online payments via processing center. By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss a cancellation, please contact us before requesting a chargeback via your bank or card provider.
Service Warranty & Post-Delivery Support
We stand by the quality of our work and offer a limited warranty period for bug fixing and support following project delivery.
Post-Delivery Warranty: 14 Days
- We offer a 14-day post-delivery warranty for most website and digital services.
- During this time, we will fix any bugs or technical issues related to the original scope of the project at no additional cost.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Issues caused by third-party software updates (e.g., plugins, hosting, CMS changes, external service providers, etc.).
- Client-side modifications after delivery.
- New features or additional work outside the original agreement.
Ongoing Support
If you require support after the warranty period, we offer additional services under separate support agreements or hourly billing.
We value long-term relationships and will always do our best to help you even beyond the warranty period - but such assistance may be billable.
